The move builds on the group’s investment and development work across the Gulf, the wider Middle East, and selected markets in Asia and Europe. In the United States, the group will pursue opportunities in mixed-use development, retail and lifestyle destinations, hospitality, entertainment-led real estate and education-focused projects.
The Noor Agency’s work includes new development, direct acquisition of operating assets, local joint ventures, and the repositioning of existing projects. The group also partakes in projects that are partly developed where a clearer long-term use, tenant mix or wider concept can strengthen the asset’s role in its market.
“The U.S. gives us the opportunity to take the same long-term approach we have taken elsewhere. We will look for projects with solid local demand and partners who know the market well, where there is a genuine case to improve and hold an asset over time.” — Sam, Managing Partner of U.S. Investments at The Noor Agency
This expansion reflects The Noor Agency’s interest in places with established demand, a clear connection to their city or region, and room to develop over time.
