HustleFish Joins Forces with Digitl Inc. to Expand Digital Innovation
LAFAYETTE, US. January 24th, 2024 - 2024 marks an exciting year for the two agencies as HustleFish, a website development and search engine optimization agency, acquires Digitl Inc., a paid advertising and email marketing firm. Effective February 1, 2024, the entire Digitl Inc. workforce and client base will join forces with HustleFish. 

This acquisition presents an exciting opportunity for the company to better serve its clients with a combined workforce, and offer complimentary services that benefit every small business.

Here's how the acquisition came about, how it will impact clients, and what new services are now available:

Perhaps most unexpectedly, these improvements in service come at no additional cost and are automatically applied to client accounts on February 1, 2024. The entire team at Digitl Inc., including the founder, will be retained throughout this transition, guaranteeing zero service interruptions or loss of knowledge on client accounts.

HustleFish Clients
Existing HustleFish clients now have access to an elite advertising team with a plethora of knowledge and experience across different industries. The acquired firm is a verified advertising partner on both Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and actively manages over $10,000,000 in ad spend for existing clients. Effective February 1, all existing HustleFish clients will be offered a complimentary account audit and detailed revenue projections for the start of their paid advertising journey.
