Inter Scientific Expands Their Regulatory & Analytical Services
Liverpool, UK, May 19, 2023 Europe’s fastest growing independent pharmaceutical, vape, cosmetic and cannabinoid testing laboratory, Inter Scientific, today announces the comprehensive expansion of its analytical and regulatory services, offering a full turn-key service for its clients. This is a major milestone for Inter Scientific on their mission to be a world leader in nicotine & cannabinoid science and sees the company expanding its laboratories into a 10,000sq foot facility.

The expansion plan sees Inter Scientific moving to a bespoke facility in Liverpool, UK, providing state-of-the-art chemical, toxicological and microbiological laboratories in addition to R&D and product development laboratories. The expansion is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and is part of the Northern Powerhouse and will create up to 40 new jobs in the area over the course of the plan. 
 
Inter Scientific's new facility will house new toxicological services including in-silico and in-vitro toxicology, in addition to creating a dedicated nicotine product laboratory and cannabinoid product laboratory. It will also provide extractables and leachable analysis for pharmaceutical and nicotine product analysis.

 The company has also worked with multiple committees to lead regulations in e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products, Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) – including the project committee of CEN/TC 427 within the European Committee for Standardisation, CBD products and other developing industries.
