Thanks to the "mobile assistant" application developed by Turkish software developers and piloted in Antalya, both pre-holiday transactions have been speeded up and contactless access to services within the hotels has been enabled.
Through the icibot app downloaded to their mobile phones, guests can make reservations for all areas and purchase special services without facing or contacting the hotel staff. Guests who complete their check-in procedures through their mobile phones before arriving at the hotel can even open the door of the room in which they're placed by issuing a digital command.
